Agreement

This site is operated by Wealth and Freedom International LLC, a Florida limited liability company trading as VanHoose Academy. By using this website or submitting an application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Applications

Every program on this site is application only. Submitting an application does not create a contract, does not reserve a place, and does not guarantee acceptance. Attendance is selected at the sole discretion of Dave VanHoose and the VanHoose Academy team. No payment is taken on an application form and no card details are asked for.

Programs, dates and venues

Program content, dates, venues and speakers are subject to change. Where a date or venue is not yet confirmed, this site says so rather than printing a placeholder. Any payment terms, cancellation terms and refund terms for a paid program are set out in the separate agreement you sign for that program, and those terms govern over anything on this site.

No guarantee of results

The stage counts, revenue figures, awards and credentials on this site describe what has already happened. They are not a promise of what will happen for you. Nothing here is a guarantee of income, results or outcomes, and nothing here is legal, tax, financial or medical advice.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, and the frameworks and marks used in these programs, including Speaker's Formula, The Presentainer, Speak-to-Change, the Story Matrix, the Hot Button Close, Power Voice and the Non-Resistance Sales System, belong to Dave VanHoose and VanHoose Academy. You may read and share this site. You may not copy, resell, teach or repackage the material without written permission.

Names referenced on this site represent people who have learned from, worked with, or appeared alongside Dave VanHoose. References are descriptive and do not represent endorsements unless explicitly stated. Links to other sites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VanHoose Academy and Dave VanHoose are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Text messages (SMS)

Wealth and Freedom International LLC runs an SMS program under the VanHoose Academy name that sends marketing, promotional, informational and transactional messages to people who ticked the optional consent box on an application form. Text STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 or older to opt in.

The full messaging terms, including how to opt in and the exact consent wording, are on the messaging terms page, and the privacy policy explains that no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Age restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this site, to apply to a program, or to opt in to text messages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is when they last changed.
