How VanHoose Academy collects, uses and protects the information you give us.

Who this covers
VanHoose Academy is a trading name of Wealth and Freedom International LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and "we" throughout this policy means that company. This policy covers this website along with the application forms, emails and text messages that run through it. Contact details are at the bottom of this page.
What we collect
- ◆Your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number.
- ◆The answers you write on an application form.
- ◆Whether you ticked the box agreeing to receive text messages, the exact wording you were shown, and the date and time you ticked it.
- ◆Standard technical data your browser sends, such as IP address and pages viewed.
How we use it
We use what you give us to do these four things, and nothing else:
- ◆To read and respond to your application.
- ◆To contact you about the program you applied to, by email, phone or text.
- ◆To send event details, reminders and program information you asked for.
- ◆To operate and improve the site.
Text messaging and your mobile number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messages are only sent to people who ticked the consent box themselves. Consent is never a condition of applying or of buying anything, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP. The full messaging terms are on the VanHoose Academy messaging terms page.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it. We use a small number of service providers to run the business, and they only ever see what they need to do their job:
- ◆HighLevel (LeadConnector), our CRM and the system that sends our email and text messages.
- ◆Vercel, which hosts this website.
- ◆Anyone we are legally required to disclose to, such as in response to a lawful request.
How long we keep it
We keep application and contact records for as long as there is a live relationship, and afterwards only as long as we need them for our records or the law requires. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely, because that is the only way to be sure we never text you again by mistake.
Your choices
- ◆Reply STOP to any text message to stop all text messages from us.
- ◆Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
- ◆Email dave.vanhoose@gmail.com to ask what we hold on you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
Children
This site and these programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Some are strictly necessary to serve the pages and keep the site working. The rest are analytics, which tell us how many people visited a page and which pages they came from, in aggregate.
We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or share what they collect. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site continues to work without them. Cookies are never used to collect or store your mobile phone number or your text message consent, which are only ever captured by the form you fill in yourself.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page is when it last changed, and the current version always lives at this URL.
