The SMS program and what we send

VanHoose Academy, operated by Wealth and Freedom International LLC, runs an SMS program for people who have asked to hear from us by text. The program sends marketing and promotional messages, informational messages, and transactional messages.

Message types and use cases: the status of an application you submitted; arranging a short call to see whether a program is a fit; details, logistics and reminders for an event you are attending; and promotional information about upcoming masterminds, workshops and programs.

How you opt in

You opt in by ticking the text message box yourself on an application form at vanhooseacademy.com. That is the only way into this program: we never add a number we were given for another purpose. The box is never ticked for you, and it is never required. You can submit an application, attend an event and buy a program without agreeing to text messages.

The exact consent you are giving

"I agree to receive marketing, promotional, informational and transactional text messages from VanHoose Academy (Wealth and Freedom International LLC) about my application, upcoming events and programs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP or reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. How often you hear from us depends on what you applied to and what is coming up, and it is higher in the run-up to an event you are attending than at any other time.

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for these messages; any charges are between you and your mobile carrier, under whatever plan you are on.

How to stop: Text STOP

Text STOP to opt out. Reply STOP to any message from us and you are unsubscribed. You will get one confirmation message and then nothing further.

CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE and STOPALL work the same way, or email us and ask and we will do it for you.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular and their affiliates, are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, and message delivery is not guaranteed. Because of that we never send anything time critical by text alone.

Age restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to this SMS program. These programs are sold to adults and we do not knowingly message anyone under 18. If you are under 18, do not tick the consent box or give us a mobile number.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
